ZEN - MAIS DO QUE A PRENDER - É SER

A PRÁTICA DE ZEN AO ENCONTRO DA PRÁTICA DO ENSINO

Put your hands on the table, one on top of the other. Let your head
(forehead) rest on your hands. Feel your feet – soles of your feet – on the
floor and feel the way you are sitting on your chair. Now follow the ‘in’ and
‘out’ of your breath – let the air come and go – breathe in and out.

For foreign language teaching, this basic model can be broken down even
further. The following learning types can be distinguished as follows:

1.visual learning type
2. auditory learning type
3. audio-visual learning type
4. touch and feel learning type
5. abstract-verbal learning type
6. medium-related learning type
7. insight or sense-seeking learning type
8. contact or action-seeking learning type
However, since the point of including these ideas is to introduce some
generally less well-known or established methods to foreign language classes
and encourage teachers to explore the ideas themselves, the first three or
four categories should be sufficient.
